This degree is aimed at training students in their mother tongue and in foreign languages – in order to apply them to areas of social, economic, scientific and technical life –, as well as to provide competences on translation and documentation skills and on the ability to use information and communication technologies. The graduate in Applied Languages has in-depth knowledge in the areas of Linguistics, Translation and Documentation Studies, as well as competences in written and oral use of languages and in the management and use of IT resources to support language taks.
